Public list prices
- Entry plans of global hosted platforms: on average ~$288 a year (billed yearly), plus a ~2% platform fee on sales if you use your own payment provider.
- Paid plans of regional hosted platforms are typically far higher; free plans are not included in these averages.
- Paid add-ons (subscriptions, bookings, advanced marketing, etc.) are not included in these averages; most platforms charge for them separately.

Averages are calculated from public list prices of paid plans; prices and promotions change often, so amounts are approximate. "Paid add-on" means the feature is usually bought as a separate app, extension or plan upgrade.
Billing questions
Who will charge me?
Origela itself. You pay us directly by bank transfer or Wise before your store is set up, and Origela issues your invoice. Nothing is charged automatically. The legal details are in our Terms and Refund Policy.
Do I pay VAT or sales tax?
Where VAT applies to your purchase, it is shown separately on the invoice Origela issues to you. Enter your tax or VAT number at signup; business customers outside Türkiye may have to account for local tax themselves (reverse charge) under their own country's rules.
Which payment methods can I use?
Bank transfer or Wise, in US dollars, euros or Turkish lira. After signup we show you our account details and a payment reference for your store, and email them to you. Setup starts once the payment has arrived.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Nothing renews automatically: if you do not pay the renewal, the subscription ends. You can also cancel through the link in your billing emails or by email. Your store keeps working until the end of the paid year.
Can I get a refund?
If Origela is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export orders and customers as CSV at any time. After the subscription ends we keep your store for 60 days, so you can renew or ask for a full export; then the store and its data are deleted permanently.
Where do I manage my subscription and store?
Your store: in your own store admin at yourdomain/admin. Invoices, renewal and cancellation: through the links in your billing emails. Support: hello@origela.com.
How many products can I add?

Will the price change?
$99/year is our launch price. If prices change for renewals, we tell you by email at least 30 days before your renewal date.
